EXCHANGE POLICY 
All items bought from Enthenio can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase by simply contacting our support team. Upon receiving your details, we will swiftly prepare your replacement package and have it shipped directly to your location.

It is important to ensure that the rider collects there placement package from your end before delivering the new items. Please securely pack the products in a shopper bag and hand them over to the rider for a seamless process.

RETURN POLICY
All products purchased from Enthenio are eligible for exchanges within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
1) The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
2)The item(s) do not match the original product specifications or differ from the purchased product.

What are the delivery charges?
Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders above 3500 PKR.
Standard Delivery:  A flat rate of 150 PKR is charged for all orders below the free shipping threshold.
Fast Delivery:  If you need your order delivered sooner, we offer fast delivery for 250 PKR.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city and area are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
